Popularly recognized as a powerhouse of travel and entertainment, RUNWAY VACATION PRIVATE LIMITED celebrates every journey. From religious festivals to special occasions, every global holiday is treated with utmost importance.

By booking any service with RUNWAY VACATION PRIVATE LIMITED, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.

Booking Policy

For all services booked, a contract exists between RUNWAY VACATION PRIVATE LIMITED and the client. The contract comes into effect once the required advance payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of services. The advance payment amount will be decided by the company depending on the nature of service and time remaining before travel.

Mode of Payment

All payments must be made in favor of RUNWAY VACATION PRIVATE LIMITED.

Online Credit Card (American Express / Visa / MasterCard)
Online Debit Card (Visa / Master / Maestro)
Cash / Cheque
Bank Transfer (RTGS / NEFT)
UPI (PayTM, Google Pay, BHIM)

Important Payment Notes

Payments through credit/debit cards attract an additional 3.5% bank charge.
All payments must be free and clear of withholding tax or deductions.
Bank or intermediary charges during remittance shall be borne by the payer.
Employees or agents of RUNWAY VACATION PRIVATE LIMITED will never ask for card numbers, CVV, OTPs, net banking credentials, or request installation of third-party apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer.

Our Liabilities & Limitations

Extra usage of vehicles (cars or coaches with drivers) beyond the agreed itinerary, transfers, or sightseeing is not included and is not permitted unless approved with additional charges.

After finalization of tour costs, any increase in government-imposed charges such as monument entrance fees, museum fees, fuel prices, taxes, or guide charges shall be borne by the client.

We shall not be responsible for costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, road blockages, bad weather, or natural calamities.

All itineraries are sample itineraries and may change due to weather conditions, road situations, safety considerations, or the physical ability of participants. Changes will be made in the best interest of traveler safety and comfort.

RUNWAY VACATION PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for delays or alterations caused by:

Flight or transport cancellations
Mechanical or equipment failure
Accidents or natural hazards
Weather conditions or landslides
Political closures, strikes, riots, or civil disturbances
Theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings

The company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property resulting from acts of God, fire, accidents, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, or any other causes beyond its control.

Insurance & Personal Belongings

RUNWAY VACATION PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide insurance coverage for accident, sickness, theft, loss of baggage, or personal belongings.

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and medical insurance. All baggage and personal property remain entirely at the traveler’s own risk.
